EFT Drip Out: Part 1

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Its Promise

According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), nearly one in five U.S. adults experience mental illness each year. This equates to approximately 46.6 million adults. The most common mental disorders are anxiety disorders, which affect nearly 30% of adults, and depression, which affects approximately 17% of adults.

Traditional treatments for mental illness often involve medication, therapy, or a combination of both. However, medication can have side effects, and therapy can be expensive and time-consuming. EFT offers a natural, drug-free, and cost-effective alternative to traditional treatments.

What is EFT?

EFT, also known as tapping, is an energy psychology technique that uses gentle tapping on specific acupuncture points on the face and body to release negative emotions and promote healing. It is based on the premise that emotional distress is caused by disruptions in the body's energy system. By tapping on these specific points, EFT helps to restore balance in the energy system and alleviate emotional distress.

How Does EFT Work?

EFT works by stimulating the body's meridian system, which is a network of energy channels that flow throughout the body. When we experience emotional distress, these meridians become blocked, which disrupts the flow of energy. EFT helps to clear these blockages and restore the flow of energy, which in turn reduces emotional distress.

Benefits of EFT

EFT has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, including:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Phobias and fears
  • Addictions
  • Pain management
  • Weight loss
  • Performance enhancement

EFT Drip Out: A New Approach to EFT

Traditional EFT involves tapping on specific acupuncture points in a specific sequence while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. EFT Drip Out is a new approach to EFT that involves tapping on a continuous loop of specific acupuncture points while focusing on a variety of issues or emotions.

EFT Drip Out: Part 1

This approach is more comprehensive than traditional EFT because it allows you to target multiple issues and emotions at once. It is also more efficient because it eliminates the need to change tapping points and focus between issues or emotions.
