Seedot, the Acorn Pokémon, is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in the third generation of the Pokémon video game series, Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. Seedot can also be found in the Emerald version of the game, which was released in 2004.
Locate Seedot. Seedot can be found in the following locations in Pokémon Emerald:
Weaken Seedot. Before you attempt to catch Seedot, it is important to weaken it so that it is easier to capture. You can do this by using a Pokémon with a type advantage against Grass-type Pokémon, such as a Fire-type or Flying-type Pokémon.
Throw a Poké Ball. Once Seedot has been weakened, you can throw a Poké Ball at it. The type of Poké Ball you use will affect the chances of successfully catching Seedot. A Great Ball or Ultra Ball will give you a better chance of catching Seedot.
Repeat steps 2 and 3. If Seedot breaks out of the Poké Ball, repeat steps 2 and 3 until you successfully catch it.
