Registration for Primary 1 in 2023

The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced that registration for Primary 1 in 2023 will begin on 1 July 2022. Parents can register their children online or at any MOE kindergarten or primary school.

Eligibility

To be eligible for Primary 1 registration in 2023, children must:

Registration Process

Parents can register their children online or at any MOE kindergarten or primary school.

Online Registration

  2. Create an account using their SingPass
  3. Enter their child's details
  4. Submit the registration form

In-Person Registration

To register in person, parents can visit any MOE kindergarten or primary school. They will need to bring their child's birth certificate and proof of residency.

Balloting

If there are more applicants than places available at a particular school, a balloting will be held. The balloting results will be announced on 1 August 2022.
